DIM Estro™: A Practical Guide to Healthy Estrogen Metabolism Support (For Men & Women)

Hormones can feel complicated fast—so I like to keep things simple and educational. DIM Estro™ is a supplement designed to support healthy estrogen metabolism in both men and women.* It centers around DIM (diindolylmethane), a compound connected to the indoles found in cruciferous vegetables, and pairs it with curcumin + black pepper extract to support absorption.*

Here’s what that means, why it matters, and the full ingredient list.

What DIM Estro™ is designed to support

DIM Estro™ is formulated to support:

  • Healthy estrogen metabolism in men and women *

  • A healthy balance (ratio) of estrogen metabolites *

  • Support for an optimal ratio of estrogen metabolites, including 2-hydroxyestrogen and 16-hydroxyestrogen *

DIM, indoles, and cruciferous vegetables (the “food connection”)

DIM is described as an advanced metabolite of Indole-3-Carbinol, an indole found in cruciferous vegetables. Indoles are known to support healthy estrogen metabolism and promote a balanced balance of estrogen metabolites.*

So if you’ve heard the phrase “eat your broccoli for hormone health,” this is the supplement version of that conversation—built around the indole/DIM pathway.

Why curcumin + black pepper are included

This formula doesn’t stop at DIM. It adds:

  • Curcumin (from turmeric)

  • Black pepper extract (BioPerine® / piperine)

The curcumin + BioPerine® combination is included to enhance bioavailability, absorption, and serum concentration of the bioactive curcuminoids.* In other words, it’s there to help your body absorb and utilize the curcumin more effectively.
