DIM Estro™ supports healthy estrogen metabolism in men and women.* DIM is an advanced metabolite of Indole-3-Carbinol, the indole found in cruciferous vegetables. Indoles support healthy estrogen metabolism and an optimal ratio of estrogen metabolites, including 2-hydroxyestrogen and 16-hydroxyestrogen. Directions:

Take two capsules once per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

  • Curcumin (from turmeric) (Curcuma longa) (root) extract (95% pure curcuminoids) — 600 mg

  • Diindolylmethane (DIM) — 150 mg

  • Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) (fruit) extract (50:1) (95% piperine) — 2 mg

Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Does Not Contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy.
