1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of purchase.
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.
Clearance items, promotional products, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at healthmintblog@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Ship the product(s) back to us in original packaging.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at healthmintblog@gmail.com.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging for faster processing.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened supplements
Expired products
Gift cards or downloadable materials
