1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of purchase.

  • Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.

  • Clearance items, promotional products, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at healthmintblog@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship the product(s) back to us in original packaging.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at healthmintblog@gmail.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging for faster processing.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements

  • Expired products

  • Gift cards or downloadable materials
