Directions:

Take four capsules once per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings, cautions, and smart reminders

As this is a thyroid-focused formula with specific herbs and vitamin A, safety notes are important:

  • Warning: Contains ashwagandha. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children.

  • Vitamin A caution: Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 1,500 mcg RAE (5,000 IU) of preformed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day.

  • Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
