The Foundation of You™ provides support for foundational health and radiant hair, skin, and nails.* It is a strategically formulated multivitamin/multimineral specifically designed to mimic the nutrient intakes found in human evolutionary-type diets.* It features bio-identically sourced vitamins and minerals, plus phytonutrients from fruit and vegetable extracts, which can complement any type of diet.* These nutrients synergistically promote healthy skin complexion, the body's normal tissue repair processes, nail strength, and hair follicle health.* They may also promote antioxidant status and support healthy skin during the aging process.*
