Directions:

Take four capsules once per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

  • Vitamin D₃ (as cholecalciferol) (400 IU) — 10 mcg

  • Calcium (from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite concentrate, dicalcium malate†) — 800 mg

  • Phosphorus (from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite concentrate) — 180 mg

  • Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate, magnesium citrate) — 100 mg
