A few practical notes I keep in mind with gummy vitamins
Stick to the serving size. Gummies taste great, which is exactly why serving size matters.
Use them to fill gaps, not replace food. A multivitamin is “nutritional backup,” not a substitute for balanced meals.
Consistency beats perfection. A supplement you’ll actually take regularly is usually more helpful than the “perfect” one that sits in the cabinet.
Caution + storage

Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
