Osteoben® is a vitamin and mineral blend formulated to support bone strength and health.* It provides nutrients and other compounds necessary for the physical structure and proper maintenance of bone tissue, including the minerals calcium, magnesium, and zinc, along with vitamins D and K2.* Osteoben® also features the phytoestrogen genistein from the Japanese sophora extract, a non-soy plant source.
Recommended Use: Take 4 capsules per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Ingredients in Osteoben®
Calcium & Magnesium – Together, these minerals form the bulk of the skeletal structure. Bones hold 99% of the body’s calcium and about 60% of its magnesium.
Vitamins D & K and Zinc – Critical for calcium absorption, bone mineralization, and preventing calcium buildup in soft tissues. Vitamin K acts as a “traffic cop,” directing calcium where it belongs. Zinc also plays a role in vitamin D receptor function.
Genistein – An isoflavone (phytoestrogen) from the Japanese sophora tree. This non-soy phytoestrogen mimics some estrogen-like effects, helping maintain bone density, particularly for postmenopausal women.
