BrocColinate® Activated: A Smarter Way to Support Sulforaphane Production

If you’ve ever looked into broccoli supplements, you’ve probably seen sulforaphane mentioned a lot—and for good reason. Sulforaphane is widely appreciated for its role in the body’s antioxidant and detox-support pathways. What makes BrocColinate® Activated interesting is that it’s built specifically as a sulforaphane production formula, featuring glucoraphanin (a sulforaphane precursor) plus myrosinase, the enzyme needed to convert it into sulforaphane.*

Here’s my educational breakdown of what’s in it, why the delivery system matters, and the full ingredient list.

What BrocColinate® Activated is

BrocColinate® Activated features a multi-patented sulforaphane glucosinolate (glucoraphanin) in a delayed-release capsule. The broccoli seeds used are selectively bred for non-GMO traits to increase glucoraphanin content, and the formula uses a patented CO₂ extraction process that selectively extracts glucoraphanin while preserving naturally occurring components found in broccoli seeds.

Why myrosinase matters

Glucoraphanin is the “storage form” found in broccoli seeds—it needs myrosinase to be converted into sulforaphane. This formula includes myrosinase (from horseradish) to specifically support that conversion.

Each serving provides a minimum of 27 mg of activated sulforaphane, credited to the inclusion of myrosinase alongside the sulforaphane glucosinolate.*

The delayed-release capsule advantage

A great detail in this formula is the delayed-release capsule, designed to:

  • Pass through the stomach without being degraded by stomach acid.

  • Release in the small intestine

  • Support better absorption into the bloodstream *

This matters because some ingredients can be sensitive to harsh stomach conditions, and targeted release can help protect them until they reach the small intestine.

  • May support healthy lung function *

  • NRF2 activation *

  • Supports phase 2 detoxification *
