Twice Daily Essential Packets allow patients to get their daily essential nutrients in two easy packets.* No need to count, sort, or measure. Ingredients in Twice Daily Essential Packets

Each packet includes four targeted supplements:

1. Twice Daily Multi™ (1 capsule)

   • Contains bioavailable vitamins and minerals difficult to obtain from food alone.

   • Features activated B vitamins, easily absorbable folate, vitamins A and C, and a unique blend of vitamin E isomers (gamma and delta tocotrienols).

   • Includes vitamin K1 and K2 (MK-4 and MenaQ7® Full Spectrum as MK-6, MK-7, and MK-9), iodine, selenium, and boron for thyroid and bone health.

2. Calcium Malate (1 capsule)

   • Provides 500 mg of highly bioavailable calcium per 2-capsule serving, with vitamin D3 for absorption.
