No. Dr. Aquino does not accept insurance for holistic or integrative medicine services. All holistic services are strictly cash-based and paid at the time of service.

Initial Visit Requirement:
The first (initial) holistic wellness visit is mandatory to be a 1-hour appointment. This allows adequate time for a comprehensive health history review, discussion of concerns, and development of a personalized wellness plan.

Initial Appointment Deposit Policy:
For initial holistic wellness appointments, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment. -
Yes. All patients scheduling a holistic wellness visit are required to submit recent laboratory results completed by their Primary Care Provider (PCP).
Lab requirements (if applicable):
Labs must be from within the past 12 months
Labs must be faxed to the office at least 48 hours prior to the appointment
Failure to submit labs within this timeframe may result in rescheduling
